Fulfillment Policy

Services are delivered under a signed engagement agreement that specifies scope, deliverables, and timelines. Monthly work is typically invoiced on the first of the month and delivered continuously throughout the month. Audit and project work is delivered on the agreed milestone dates.

Monthly retainers are billed on the first business day of each month. Audit and project work is billed 50% up front and 50% on delivery, unless specified otherwise in the engagement agreement.

Payments are accepted by ACH or credit card. Invoices are due on receipt; late payments accrue at 1.5% per month.

Monthly engagements are month-to-month after any initial ramp period specified in the agreement. You can cancel with 30 days' written notice. We finish the current month's scope, hand over access and deliverables, and stop.

Because SEO and ad-management work is delivered continuously, monthly fees are generally non-refundable once the month begins. For audit and project work, if we haven't started, we'll refund the up-front portion. If we're partway through, we'll refund the unearned portion.
